Brand Designer

A Brand Designer is responsible for shaping and maintaining a company’s visual identity across all touchpoints. This includes designing brand systems, marketing assets, and ensuring consistency in how the brand is perceived across digital and print platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain brand identity systems (logo usage, typography, color palettes, imagery style)

  • Design marketing and communication materials such as social media creatives, ads, presentations, brochures, and website visuals

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and UX teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels

  • Create brand guidelines and ensure adherence across teams and vendors

  • Translate strategic brand concepts into visually compelling designs

  • Work on campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials

  • Stay updated with design trends and apply relevant visual innovations


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, visual identity, and campaign design work

  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, or similar design software

  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy

  • Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into visual systems

  • Good communication and collaboration skills


Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in startups, agencies, or fast-paced environments

  • Motion design or basic animation skills

  • Experience in UI/UX collaboration

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media design trends
