A Brand Designer is responsible for shaping and maintaining a company’s visual identity across all touchpoints. This includes designing brand systems, marketing assets, and ensuring consistency in how the brand is perceived across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain brand identity systems (logo usage, typography, color palettes, imagery style)
Design marketing and communication materials such as social media creatives, ads, presentations, brochures, and website visuals
Collaborate with marketing, product, and UX teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
Create brand guidelines and ensure adherence across teams and vendors
Translate strategic brand concepts into visually compelling designs
Work on campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials
Stay updated with design trends and apply relevant visual innovations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, visual identity, and campaign design work
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, or similar design software
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy
Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into visual systems
Good communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
Experience working in startups, agencies, or fast-paced environments
Motion design or basic animation skills
Experience in UI/UX collaboration
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media design trends
