Chief Digital Officer (CDO)
Role Summary
Lead M3's digital, design, and technology functions. The CDO is responsible for turning strategy into execution by overseeing design, development, digital products, AI tools, and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Design Sprint and Code Sprint services.
Oversee website, product, and digital experience development.
Manage designers, developers, and digital partners.
Ensure high-quality UX/UI and technical delivery.
Implement AI and automation solutions for M3 and clients.
Collaborate with the Strategy team to transform ideas into scalable digital products.
Establish digital processes, standards, and best practices.
Drive innovation across design and technology.
Requirements
Experience in digital product, design, or technology leadership.
Strong understanding of UX/UI, web development, and digital platforms.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
Startup, agency, or consulting experience preferred.
Compensation Structure
Founding leadership position within M3.
Equity-based compensation during the initial growth phase.
Profit-sharing on projects led, delivered, or contributed to by the CDO.
Opportunity to transition into a full-time executive compensation structure as the company scales.
