Key Objectives

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a chat or digital environment.

  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat sessions efficiently.

  • Comfortable using CRM and chat support platforms.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
