Description
As a Webflow Developer, you’ll work with our team of designers to actualize concepts into performant and visually polished websites. We’ll look to you for your depth of technical experience so that, together, we can push the edges of what’s possible in Webflow into bespoke and beloved sites.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the design team to translate design concepts into fully functional websites using Webflow.
Ensuring the highest level of pixel-perfect fidelity is achieved, working closely with the team to ensure the design intent is preserved even when a carbon copy translation isn’t possible.
Customization and implementation of Webflow components, interactions, and animations to enhance user experience.
Develop responsive web pages that are optimized for various devices and browsers.
Integrate third-party applications and plugins seamlessly into Webflow when needed.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement best practices for web development.
Perform troubleshooting and bug fixes as necessary.
Stay up to date with the latest web technologies and industry trends.
Experience
Senior level: At least 5–8 years of experience as a front-end developer with examples of live sites to share.
High levels of proficiency in Webflow, including the ability to create complex layouts, animations, and interactions.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
You’ve worked extensively with designers and approach development with a design-minded style, sensibility, and taste for the web.
Ability to collaborate with teams in Figma.
Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Knowledge of SEO optimization techniques.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work with design accuracy.
Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Opportunity
Time: We’re looking to build a long term relationship for ongoing contract work. To start, an average contract may be 3-4 weeks at ~35hrs a week. We are a remote-friendly distributed studio but require a minimum of 1 hour overlap with PST for this role.
Compensation: This is an hourly role with rate range commensurate to experience level.
