What is Whop?

Whop is an all-in-one platform for entrepreneurs and creators to start, operate, and scale a business on the internet. We have a comprehensive business dashboard (dash.whop.com) that makes it easy to process payments, as well as get more customers. At the same time, we have a localized marketplace where more than half a million buyers come visit each month, looking for the next digital product to purchase.

The Role:

Build out Whop’s sales function and refine our go-to-market infrastructure. Work in a small, energetic team to build a repeatable process for selling Whop to a range of audiences — from “solopreneur” to larger enterprises. Drive GMV and revenue across similar categories to our current customers and tackling untapped verticals.

What a typical week might look like:

  1. Work in partnership with the Chief Growth Officer to identify key audiences, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

  2. Set goals, track the sales process for each rep, and identify / unblock bottlenecks.

  3. Report on the progress of sales against company growth targets.

  4. Establish compensation structure for Whop’s sales team.

  5. Recruit and hire additional sales people
