Position Overview
Vend is looking for a Market Growth Representative - Central Region with a few years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields to help drive our expansion in both existing and new markets. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and real estate who is looking to take the next step in their career by playing a key role in growing our business. You’ll work directly with real estate owners, helping them boost net operating income and elevate the parking experience for tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in both existing and untapped markets.

  • Build and foster relationships with real estate owners and operators, positioning Vend as a key partner for optimizing parking operations.

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for targeted regions.

  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates to leadership, driving the business forward with measurable outcomes.

  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to refine the sales process and customer outreach efforts.

  • Use prospecting tools to engage with key decision-makers, securing meetings and delivering impactful pitches.

  • Limited travel to key regions (up to 15%) to support business development efforts.

Required Experience/Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, with a proven track record of success.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects.

  • Experience in prospecting and generating leads through various outreach methods.

  • Interest in technology and its role in shaping the future of parking and mobility.

  • A proactive mindset, ready to contribute to a fast-paced and rapidly growing company.

Preferred Experience/Skills

  • Experience in real estate, parking, or mobility industries is a plus.

  • Prior experience working in a start-up or fast-growth environment is highly beneficial.
