Position Overview
Are you ready to make a big impact in the world of mobility? Vend is looking for a Market Growth Executive - West Region e with an entrepreneurial mindset to help us take over new markets and grow our footprint in existing ones. In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of real estate, parking, and technology, using the Vend platform to help our commercial real estate partners increase net operating income and build an awesome, seamless parking experience for their tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the charge in expanding Vend’s presence by identifying and closing new business opportunities across both established and untapped markets.

  • Build and foster relationships with real estate owners and operators, positioning Vend as the go-to partner for increasing property value with innovative parking technology.

  • Craft and execute strategic go-to-market plans for new regions, driving value for premium commercial assets.

  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to continuously innovate the sales process and optimize our go-to-market strategy.

  • Own the sales pipeline, delivering updates to leadership and driving the business forward.

  • Develop sales strategies with leadership to accelerate growth and hit ambitious targets.

  • Use prospecting tools and techniques to engage with key decision-makers and schedule impactful pitch meetings.

  • Travel to key regions to meet prospects, close deals, and create lasting partnerships (up to 20% travel required).

  • Required Experience/Skills

    • Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex ideas and build trust with partners.

    • Self-motivated with a drive to own projects from start to finish, making things happen.

    • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

    • Confident in prospecting and cold-calling, with a passion for solving customer challenges.

    • Passion for technology and how it can reshape the future of parking and mobility.

    • Prior experience in a start-up environment is a huge plus.

  • Preferred Experience/Skills

    • Experience in real estate, parking, or mobility industries.

    • Proven track record of opening new markets and driving revenue growth.
