Your Role 🌟

As a Project Manager, you will be integral to the management and success of multiple projects. Your role will involve:

• Leading the development of several projects, applying your extensive knowledge and high-level reasoning to achieve strategic goals.

• Implementing and maintaining a high standard of organization, ensuring projects are on track and deadlines are met.

• Acting autonomously, making informed decisions, and effectively managing resources.

• Enforcing project timelines and deliverables with the teams under your supervision, ensuring efficiency and accountability.

• Balancing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.

Who We Are Looking For 🔎

• Proven experience in project or product development, showcasing your ability to lead and manage complex projects.

• High reasoning and analytical skills, capable of making strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational abilities, with a track record of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Great communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a detail-oriented approach.

• A self-driven and authoritative personality, capable of working independently and enforcing project deadlines.

• A shown interest in the Crypto/DeFi/Blockchain sector is an advantage. We support and encourage ongoing learning in our innovative field.
