Transcera is a venture-backed biotech startup on a mission to unlock the potential of biologic medicines. Building on discoveries of Harvard professor and Transcera co-founder Dr. Wayne Lencer, we are harnessing the membrane trafficking biology of sphingolipids to improve delivery of peptide, protein, and oligonucleotide therapeutics. Transcera has won awards from Harvard, the National Institutes of Health, Novo Nordisk, Biogen, Ono Pharma, and the MassChallenge Accelerator and is headquartered in Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA.
