This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fast-growing startup, work with a talented team and drive business growth at scale whilst immersing yourself in tech, music, and live events. Join us now as we disrupt a huge market for the better.

What will you do?

  • Increase Tixel’s market share by executing event-focused marketing initiatives like managing local influencers, creating tailored email marketing campaigns, blog posts and ad creatives

  • Provide local marketing support with content ideation, live social content at events, production shoots, campaign management, working closely with our London-based Social and Content specialist.

  • Help plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across different channels like Facebook, Google and TikTok

  • Build and maintain relationships with local content partners, looking for proactive opportunities for collaboration.

  • Complete daily social media consumption/brand sweeps, be ready to jump into reactive action if a great time-sensitive marketing opportunity arises.

  • Help set up email marketing funnels

  • Own your growth variables and report back on KPIs

  • Continuously improve performance through constant testing and learning
