What will you do?

  • Drive business growth

  • Continuously improve your tactics

  • Systematise link building

  • Systematise content production

  • Manage offshore teams

  • Own your growth variables and report back on KPIs

  • Contribute to various marketing initiatives from digital to experiential and beyond

Skills and Experience:

  • Entrepreneurial. An entrepreneurial mindset is a must for this role. You question the status quo, seek growth and understanding, and embrace challenges and opportunities.

  • Self-learner. You're continuously learning and putting into practice your new skills. You enjoy explainer videos and follow relevant blogs.

  • Data-driven. You possess keen analytical skills and the ability to extract insights to drive your next steps.

  • Team player. You actively listen to coworkers, respect their ideas and provide constructive feedback.

  • Quality-oriented. No matter how small, you show concern for all aspects of the job.

  • Methodical. You have a systematic approach to things and enjoy making plans and following procedures to save you time and effort.

  • Organised. You're highly organised and great at time management.

  • Independent. You can work independently and take full ownership of your projects.

Nice to have:

  • Deep experience with keyword tools (such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, Moz)

  • Deep SEO and SEM understanding

  • Previous experience managing offshore teams

  • Proven track record of systematising processes

  • Previous fast-growing startup experience
