About Themis
Themis is a collaborative governance, risk, and compliance platform helping banks, credit unions, and fintechs streamline oversight, strengthen compliance programs, and move faster with confidence.

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role
Ownership Without Being Asked You don't wait to be told. If something is broken, you fix it. If something is missing, you build it. You treat the company's resources and outcomes as your own.
Radical Accountability You own your numbers, your deadlines, and your mistakes. You communicate early when things go sideways and stay focused on solutions over explanations.
Builder Mentality You see every clunky process as an opportunity. You bring structure to chaos, document what you build, and make it easy for others to follow.
Discretion & Trust You handle sensitive financial and strategic information with maturity. People trust you because you've earned it — through consistency, accuracy, and good judgment.
Low Ego, High Output You care more about the work being done well than about who gets credit. You're collaborative, coachable, and willing to roll up your sleeves wherever the company needs you.
Curiosity & Adaptability You're genuinely excited about what AI can unlock in business operations. You learn fast, experiment thoughtfully, and bring others along with you.
Why Join Themis?
