What we're looking for
Themis is looking for a talented Senior Engineering Manager to be part of our rapidly growing team. We are bringing to life our vision of making governance accessible and easy for everyone. We are taking workflows typically run on spreadsheets and emails and building beautiful software to make it easier for organizations to adhere to governance requirements and regulations.

What you will contribute
You will play an integral role in leading and managing a team of software engineers. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and execute the company's technical strategy, as well as manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Who you are
You are someone that will ensure that team members are equipped with the skills and resources necessary to succeed. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure project success. Also, stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for new technologies to be adopted.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience as a software engineer.
2+ years of experience as an engineering manager.
Strong technical background, with experience in a variety of programming languages and technologies.
Experience working in a fast-paced, Agile development environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to balance technical and business objectives.

Compensation Ranges are for New York City-based hires only: All salaries are subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes the opportunity to receive and/or earn equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and additional factors for such other locations.
