Now, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our recently added operations in Zürich, Switzerland. You will be one of the early joiners in Zürich and a key-component in the success of Teton and our first partner hospitals in Switzerland.

Teton is founded and headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark. This means that you will be part of a larger organization and work closely together with your colleagues in Denmark in addition to the growing, local team in Zürich.

Fluency in German is a requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and ensure optimal user experience.

• Regularly visit end users, establishing strong customer relationships.

• Play an integral role in the deployment team, onboarding and launching new customers.

• Leverage your clinical experience to better understand and serve our customers' needs.

• Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

• Identify great user stories and feedback to share with the sales and development teams.

• Contribute to our goal of continually enhancing our product and service based on customer feedback and needs.

Your Profile:

• You have professional clinical experience, preferably as a nurse.

• You've excelled in a customer success role, ideally within a technology or software development company.

• You're passionate about customer satisfaction and account management.

• You enjoy visiting customers regularly and are committed to understanding their needs.

• You are adept at onboarding and training new users.

• You're excited about being part of a team that implements solutions and initiates new customer relationships.

• Fluent in German and English, French and/or Italian would be great as well.
