The role:
We're expanding our team in Copenhagen, Denmark, and seeking a skilled Delivery Manager fluent in Danish and English to oversee and manage the implementation of our systems from sale through to client deployment. This role requires effective coordination between various stakeholders and a commitment to streamlining internal processes for optimal delivery efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the transition of our AI solutions from sale to full implementation at client sites, ensuring a seamless process.
Serve as the liaison between external stakeholders (IT departments, healthcare facility management) and internal teams (sales, customer success, technical).
Develop and refine delivery processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Contribute to our goal of continually enhancing our product and service based on customer feedback and needs.
Your Profile:
Demonstrated experience in IT project management, ideally within healthcare or complex IT environments.
Strong communication skills, with proficiency in Danish and English.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
Adaptable and resilient, capable of navigating the complexities associated with deploying new technology in healthcare settings.
