The job:

As a Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely, efficient, and reliable delivery of our healthcare hardware products. You will oversee the entire production process, coordinate with various departments, and manage logistics to guarantee that our products meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered on schedule.

What you will do:

Production Oversight: Manage and optimize production workflows, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Supply Chain Management: Oversee the supply chain, including sourcing of materials, inventory management, and vendor relations.

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet industry standards and regulations.

Logistics Coordination: Work closely with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Address any delivery issues promptly and effectively.

Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance production and delivery efficiency.

What you will bring

Bachelor’s degree (Master preferred) in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering or Chemistry and/or equivalent experience or evidence of exceptional ability.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment.

Minimum of 2 years experience in supply chain field.
