We are looking for a motivated part time Deployment Technician. You will be responsible for helping with assembly of our hardware, going to new Hospital and Care home client sites to set up devices and get them online, and visit existing customers to support with device maintenance and moves.

This position is responsible for: 

• Device assembly and testing at our office in Copenhagen - with support from our hardware and software engineers.

• Going to Hospitals and Care Home client sites to mount and set up the physical devices, including getting them online.

• Ongoing visits to existing client sites to maintain and move devices to ensure the system is running smoothly across all our customers. 

• Working with the team to meet operational goals for our deployments to new clients. 

• Help improve the setup and maintenance processes.

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Fluency English (Danish fluency is a bonus as many of our current customers are Danish). 

• Proven experience with hardware assembly and maintenance. 

• Experience mounting hardware to walls/ceilings (this process is not complicated and easy to learn). 

• Technical experience working with engineers - you will be collaborating with internal and external teams to get devices on the Client’s network. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• You may have a background as a technician, electrician, or engineer.
