We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Operations Lead to help us lay the foundations for scaling to more care homes and hospitals. You will have responsibility for creating and operating efficient processes for everything from hardware supply chains, to internal working procedures. One of your main priorities will be coordinating with our stakeholders to ensure the smooth process of deploying to and maintaining our care home and hospital sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing new deployments to our customers, including task tracking and collaborating with external vendors and partners and customers.

• Traveling to hospital and care home sites for deployments and for ongoing maintenance.

• Developing and maintaining effective operational processes and procedures. 

• Support with hiring operational team members and potentially managing them

• Monitoring operational performance, troubleshooting issues, and recommending solutions, including overseeing maintenance of hardware and services across all our customers.

• Working with the team to meet operational goals.

• Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for implementation.

• Supporting on other operational ad hoc projects including: ordering supplies, product development, customer support

Requirements:

• Fluency in Danish and English (many of our current customers are Danish)

• Proven experience in operations management.

• Minimum 3 years of experience with project coordination (with both internal and external stakeholders).

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus:

• You have a Danish driver's license
