We are now looking for our Customer Success Lead in our Copenhagen office. Your main objective will be to build strong, long-term relationships with customers, promote customer retention, and identify opportunities for growth and upselling.
Primary Responsibilities:
Design and maintain an amazing and engaging customer journey
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of healthcare clients, establishing strong relationships to become a trusted advisor.
Develop a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements, workflows, and challenges, to effectively address customer needs.
Lead successful onboarding and implementation processes for new customers, ensuring smooth adoption
Strengthen and develop the team members with training plan to provide development, growth and clear expectations
Provide training, guidance, and support to healthcare clients to maximize their utilization of our products, enhance workflows, and achieve their desired outcomes.
Proactively monitor and analyze customer usage and adoption metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive increased usage and value.
Conduct regular business reviews with healthcare clients to review performance metrics, identify opportunities for optimization, and demonstrate the value delivered.
Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and influencing product enhancements and roadmap decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Be responsible and accountable for the management of your region’s customer portfolios in terms of Customer Experience, Adoption, Retention and Revenue growth
Ensure a clear internal feedback loop of customer feedback towards the rest of the organization
Requirements:
You are fluent in Danish and English.
Build successful customer journey’s that delight users and customers
5+ years of experience in customer-facing organization
Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
You've excelled in a customer success role, ideally within a technology or software development company.
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex customer requirements and propose innovative solutions.
You're passionate about customer satisfaction and account management.
You enjoy visiting customers regularly and are committed to understanding their needs.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
