The Role: Partner Marketing Manager
We are seeking a talented and driven Partner Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote position with a global focus.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind our global agency partner community. Your primary focus will be to create and nurture a vibrant online community, leveraging event marketing to bring our partners together, regardless of their location. You will work closely with our Partnerships team to build an engaged audience that is deeply interested in our products and vision. The ultimate goal is to create an ecosystem that not only helps us further our mission of creating delightful shopping experiences but also provides significant growth and revenue opportunities for our partners.
Key Responsibilities
Global Community Building & Management: Own the strategy and execution for building and managing a thriving global online community for our agency partners. Identify and implement the right platforms and processes to foster engagement and collaboration across different time zones and cultures.
Global Event Marketing: Lead the planning and execution of co-branded and standalone events—both virtual and in-person—that serve as the primary vehicle for building and fostering our global community. This includes tailoring event formats and timing to accommodate a diverse, international audience.
Localized Co-Marketing: Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns with our top-tier partners. This includes creating compelling, adaptable content such as case studies, webinars, and email campaigns that resonate with partners and their customers in different regions.
Partner Enablement: Create marketing materials and resources that enable our agency partners to effectively communicate the value of Swym’s solutions to their customers and prospects in various markets.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of all community and marketing initiatives, using data to optimize global strategies and report on ROI.

Required Experience
3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner marketing, community management, or a related field.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful event-based marketing strategies for a global or international audience.
Experience in building and growing an online professional community.
Strong understanding of the commerce and SaaS ecosystems.
Experience with Hubspot.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with a tiered partner program.
Familiarity with agency partnership programs.
Proficiency in languages other than English.
