We're seeking a Head of Partnerships to architect and execute a self-sustaining, long-term growth strategy that creates genuine win-win-win outcomes for merchants, partners, and Swym. This role requires someone who understands that partnerships fundamentally come down to people - someone with deep relationships in the ecommerce community and the strategic vision to transform how we scale through partnership value.

You'll be building something impactful from the ground up, balancing high-level partnership strategy with hands-on tactical execution. We're looking for someone who embraces the AI transformation and actively leverages automation to maximize efficiency while maintaining the human touch that makes partnerships successful.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Design and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy centered on creating mutual value for merchants, partners, and Swym

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue high-impact partnership opportunities with eCommerce platforms, complementary technology companies, and agencies

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic relationships that drive sustainable, long-term growth

Partnership Value Creation & Management

  • Onboard new partnerships with a focus on maximizing value for all parties - coordinating seamlessly with internal product, customer success, and support teams

  • Facilitate technical integrations and identify optimal customer-partner matches based on strategic fit and business objectives

  • Provide ongoing relationship management through structured touchpoints, ensuring partners feel supported and valued

Agency Program Leadership

  • Develop tier-based agency strategies that prioritize high-value, strategic partnerships that are win-win while scaling broader program reach

  • Lead and scale the Swym agency program, with particular focus on cultivating deep relationships with our most strategic agency partners

  • Create bespoke resources, training programs, and incentive structures for top-tier agency partners to drive outsized mutual success

  • Significantly grow the percentage of revenue driven through agency referrals, with emphasis on sustainable growth from strategic partner relationships

Performance & Growth Analytics

  • Establish and track meaningful KPIs that demonstrate partnership value and ROI

  • Provide regular strategic reporting that informs business decisions and partnership optimization

  • Use data-driven insights to continuously refine partnership strategies and identify growth opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product management, customer success, support, and technical teams to ensure seamless partner experiences

  • Champion partner needs internally while aligning partnership initiatives with overall business objectives

  • Drive process improvements and automation to scale partnership operations efficiently

Bonus Qualifications

  • Field Marketing Experience: Track record of organizing impactful events, executing co-marketing initiatives with partners, and generating genuine community excitement around in-person opportunities

  • Experience creating buzz and fostering meaningful connections at industry conferences, partner events, and community gatherings

  • Experience building and scaling partnership programs that drive measurable revenue, proficient in partner enablement and channel development best practices

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, or relevant industry ecosystem

Technical & Operational Excellence

  • AI-Forward Approach: You actively embrace AI tools and automation to optimize daily workflows and partnership processes

  • You have experience working remotely in technical environments and with complex integrations

  • You are comfortable with data analysis, reporting, and using metrics to drive decision-making
