The Role

The Head of Sales will work across Superduper, owning and managing the channels, relationships and strategies required to execute highly impactful capital formation for tokens and brands. Working closely with the GTM and growth team in the launch of new tokens & brands to market, leveraging the network and strategies built to maximise launches. 

In the first 6 months you will


Define and build a market leading “Black Book” of tier 1 Retail (Whales, Syndicates, DAOs), Institutions (Funds). The ambition is for Superduper to build and manage the most powerful proprietary distribution network in Web3, building a diverse and strategically smart capital stack. There will be a heavy focus on retail. 

Build deep relationships with the members of the Black Book, forming leverageable bonds by ensuring clear alignment on the Superduper mission, roadmap, and upcoming opportunities - Examples of this are hosting VIP global events in every major market with Tier 1 investors in advance of a new token launching to market. 

In line with the GTM team, define and manage the groups Member Relations (MR) Strategy. Meticulously managing new and existing members in the ecosystem - Driving new member acquisition and strong retention of existing members. Become the point of access to Superduper for capital. 

Capital Formation - Token Sales, Node Sales, NFT sales.

Work alongside the founders to define and build and capital formation strategies for new brand tokens launches.

Execute the capital formation strategies for new tokens and brands. Leading the private sale process - strategically taking in capital from retail, institutions and other industry players (exchanges).

Desired background / experience

  • Strong experience in successful capital formation, has previously raised $50m+ for companies in web3/2 and can demonstrate a clear framework for repeatability. 

  • Has a deep understanding of the capital markets of web3, speaks the language, can form clear strategies for token sales and deal making. 

  • Has deep empathy for the investor mentality, mindset, and need states. Can leverage this to execute successful capital formation. 

  • Has an clear ability to concisely communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences and formats (written, verbal) and gain buy-in. A large majority of the role will be remote communication in telegram and video calls, requiring even greater ability to convey your message across clearly and playing into the platform nuances. 

  • Has the confidence and gravitas to engage and present at an executive level and build relationships at all levels.

  • Experience in web3/metaverse/gaming/crypto is essential, candidates will be expected to demonstrate a knowledge and appreciation of the industry and be motivated by working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
