The Role:

As a Brand Lead at Superduper Group, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our brands in the Web3 ecosystem. Your role will involve strategic leadership and hands-on management to ensure our brands are not only recognized but revered in the Web3 community and beyond. This position offers the unique opportunity to influence a wide range of products at various stages of development, from conceptualization to global launch and scaling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Brand Development: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for each product within the group, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives and Web3 market dynamics.

  • Market Analysis and Positioning: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the Web3 space. Utilize this information to position our brands effectively, capitalizing on emerging technologies and user behaviors.

  • Brand Identity and Messaging: Oversee the creation and consistent application of brand identities across all platforms and touchpoints, ensuring a coherent and appealing message that resonates with our target audiences.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and community management, to ensure strategic alignment and execution of brand initiatives. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.

  • Growth Hacking and User Acquisition: Implement cutting-edge growth hacking techniques to rapidly scale user base and engagement across our brands. Employ a mix of traditional and unconventional methods tailored to the Web3 ecosystem.

  • Community Building and Engagement: Spearhead initiatives to build and nurture active, engaged communities around our brands. Leverage social media, forums, and other platforms to foster a loyal user base and encourage user-generated content and feedback.

  • Partnership and Collaboration: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations with other Web3 entities, influencers, and brands to expand reach and enhance brand value.

  • Performance Metrics and Analytics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators for brand growth and success, adjusting strategies as necessary based on data-driven insights.

  • Education and Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, educating both internal stakeholders and the external community on the value and potential of our Web3 initiatives. Advocate for best practices and ethical considerations in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.


  • Proven experience in brand management, particularly with a focus on strategy, development, and growth within the Web3 space or related fields.

  • Provable experience growing mainstream IP brands.

  • Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, decentralized applications (dApps), and more.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What you will be doing in the first 6 months:

  • Work cross-functionally to build out roadmaps for each brand.

  • Drive and align cross-functional teams against the roadmaps.

  • Focus on hitting main growth and revenue targets.
