The Role

As the Talent Lead at Superduper, you will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier talent to drive the company's success. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, implementing effective talent management strategies, and directly impacting the future of our brands. This is such an exciting opportunity to hire across a range of different projects, all of which are some of the most exciting in the space. 


In the first 6 months you will

Partner closely with leaders throughout the business to understand both their short term and long term goals, and build a vision for how Talent Acquisition can facilitate this.


Own the end-to-end hiring efforts across many of Superdupers technical and non-technical functions.


Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to contribute to strategic projects - including employer branding, process optimisation & documentation and DEI initiatives.


Share ideas with the broader team around areas like sourcing strategies, interview techniques and other critical functional aspects of the hiring process.


Work with data to fully understand successes and areas for improvement in the hiring process, as well as how to best optimise your own performance.


Work with our ops team to ensure a smooth, efficient experience for everybody involved in hiring.


Contribute, wherever possible, to projects led by other areas of the People function (particularly People Operations).


Must haves 

Experience of owning the hiring efforts for key business functions:
 ideally including operations, finance, administration and customer experience.
 Experience with communications & marketing, legal, compliance and people would also be a plus!


Experience of working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment is key.


Experience of working in the tech industry and/or the startup world would be a significant advantage.


An understanding of both the quantitative and qualitative aspects of what defines a strong performance in a talent role.


An ability to work with stakeholders of all levels of seniority (including Executive/C-suite level) on a day-to-day basis.


An ability to understand both candidates’ and internal stakeholders’ requirements, and to influence decisions in order to reach an optimal result.


Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical for this position.


A willingness and ability to contribute to the broader teams work, to drive towards success on more strategic-level projects.


A willingness and ability to work on tasks for other areas of the People function (People Operations, in particular).


Enthusiasm for, interest in and knowledge of the crypto & web3 industry would be a big plus!
