The Role

We are looking for an experienced finance professional 2/3 days a week. You will get to work closely with the executive team to manage budgets across multiple projects. We are happy for you to reorganise and refine current processes and take ownership of the entire department. Someone who has experience and enjoys working with and executing a mix of crypto and fiat transactions.

In the first 6 months you will

Take ownership of our financial functions across the group.

Audit, define and enhance our current processes, procedures and tools.

Proactively identify areas to build and improve financial ops processes.

Collaborate with the executive team to identify and manage budget, financial risks, and ensure the protection of company assets.

Work with our external advisors tax, legal, compliance etc to assist in tax planning, tax filing and compliance across our geographical entities.

Running payroll (domestic and international) including both token and fiat payments.

Execute both bank & token transactions to pay vendors, partners, and others.

Responding to financial data requests from our investors and other partners.

Must haves 

5+ years accounting experience & at least 1 in an environment with digital assets.

ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.

Comfortable executing crypto transactions through a multisig and third-party platforms like Coinbase, Copper etc.

Can-do attitude, willing to approach tasks with tenacity.

Strong technical accounting.

Experience within a similar position.

Experience with consolidations + multi-currency reporting.

Fluent English, both written and spoken.
