We’re looking for a Social Media Content Strategist who instinctively knows how to make culturally relevant & attention-grabbing content.
You must have a passion for marketing through narrative-driven video content & be adept at creating compelling stories that emotionally captivate an audience. By telling stories across social channels, you should be as comfortable crafting copy as you are designing video storyboards.
While a creative-first, you should have a firm grasp of using insights & data to steer your content strategy for different channels & audiences. You’ll be expected to schedule/post your creations on platforms however, not manage the channels engagement or comments.
Bring our marketing concepts to life by ideating, storyboarding & briefing narrative-first creative that hit the overarching campaign narrative & goals
Establish empathy & fandom with the Superduper brands by producing attention grabbing &/or relatable short video creative for social platforms
Own & develop a creative playbook of best practice for each of our brands, channels & audiences, compounding learnings based off successes & misses
Play a leading role in the marketing team, supporting the campaign concepting & planning phase with your expertise
Own the delivery of your creative, using your developed platform learnings scheduling/posting on the relevant channels
Comfortable producing content for, and working across, all social media platforms, including video first (TikTok, Youtube), mixed (Twitter, Instagram) and copy first (Discord, Telegram) channels
Proven demonstrable impact on bottom-line KPIs & audience growth through crafting effective content, preferably in the entertainment industry
Ability to work across multiple verticals inc fashion, gaming, entertainment and broader web3 ecosystem
Demonstrable ability to craft effective copy
Familiarity with the NFT/Web3 community highly beneficial

Superduper is a web3 entertainment and IP company on a mission to onboard the first billion users into web3. We launched 15 months ago in the fast-paced and ever evolving NFT space, hitting the top 25 of all time in volume with well-known holders such as Steve Aoki, Brooklyn Beckham, Jaden Smith, and Faze Banks.
Overlord is our first hero, consumer facing brand. Within its universe we’re creating multiple sets of IP via characters and stories (the Marvel of the future). Creepz, our first character set, already has an animated series being produced by Seth Green and his production company Stoopid Buddy, multiple video games in development, and a fashion line designed by GQ’s ‘menswear’s designer of the year’ about to launch with a major global retailer.
The business has extremely ambitious product, community, and company growth goals, and is represented by WME and ThreeSixZero. In the next 6 months we’ll be launching multiple new experiences/sets of IP with the goal of creating a culturally relevant megabrand for mass market adoption. You'll be joining at an exciting time as our fanatical global fan base - who already generate over 1bn Twitter engagements per quarter and 1m Discord messages - continues to expand, and the company takes off into its next phase of hyper growth.
