What is Superduper
Superduper is a web3 technology company. We launched 7 months ago in the fast-paced and ever evolving NFT space, hitting the top 25 of all time in volume with well-known holders such as Steve Aoki, Brooklyn Beckham, Jaden Smith, Faze Banks. It is now on a mission to invest in and build technology / experiences to onboard the first billion users into web3 - Focusing on NFT’s, web3 infrastructure & IP creation.
The business is well capitalised and has extremely ambitious product and company growth goals over the next 12 months. You will be joining at a key time as the company prepares for its next phase of hyper growth. Working closely with the founders will give you an opportunity to shape and grow a company, defining ways of working, culture, new revenue streams and excellent business principles.
The Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media channels across the Superduper brands reporting into the Head of Marketing. The Social Media Manager will oversee all content and storytelling across Superduper’s social channels. Deeply collaborative, creative and strategic.
This role requires the ability to balance community and mainstream consumer needs and find effective channels and strategies for storytelling to both audiences. This is an incredible opportunity for a creative, thoughtful, progressive communications strategist who is eager to blend social media and content marketing disciplines and have a huge impact on an emerging brand and industry
Responsibilities
Build, execute, and oversee Superduper’s social and content program to shape Superduper’s brands and elevate the incredibly creative community and their stories
Work closely with the Head of Marketing to implement the consumer strategy using on-brand assets and the correct tone of voice
Collaborate with content creators, product and community teams to produce the best and most relevant assets for all social campaigns
Develop a content schedule and identify the resources needed to effectively execute
Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools to monitor performance and consumer trends and translate this into actionable insights to continue to develop our strategy and grow our presence.
Be the social eyes and ears of Superduper, keep up with consumer trends and share insights on competitors and market sentiment.
Profile
3-5 years demonstrable experience with content development, managing social accounts and driving engagement
Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset
Keen interest or experience in Web3/crypto culture and products
Ability to successfully collaborate with different teams on projects, prioritizing tight timelines
Requirement to be based in London and willing to work in office when required.
