The Role
We’re looking for a sales strategist to support the founders directly across all of Superdupers workstreams. You’ll have the opportunity to work across all high impact growth areas, covering new product launches, to existing vertical maintenance / service.
In the first 12 months you will
Conduct high impact and complex research analysis to help the partnerships, commercial and growth team.
You will be building external decks / documentation for partners in the sales pipeline, investor presentations & sponsors. Ensuring we have an understanding of the landscape and can benchmark ourselves in order to drive strategic priorities.
Internal decks / analysis with the growth team based on market growth opportunities, such as entering new markets or taking products through maturity phases.
You will work cross functionally across the company, working on strategic frameworks underpinning the initiatives.
Work on the launch of ‘world first’ products into the market across; web3, metaverse, gaming and technology.
Desired background / experience
Has minimum 3+ experience within high growth companies, consultancies or other relevant experience.
Has an in-depth understanding and extensive experience of using financial and commercial drivers in order inform and challenge strategic plans and decisions.
Has experience building commercial decks / documents such as; Investment decks, new market business cases & reporting.
Has strong financial modeling skills and comfortable with taking an abstract challenge and reflecting them in data models.
Has an clear ability to concisely communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences and formats (written, verbal) and gain buy-in when needed.
Has the confidence and gravitas to engage and present at an executive level and build relationships at all levels.
Experience in web3/metaverse/gaming/crypto is not essential, but candidates will be expected to demonstrate a knowledge and appreciation of the industry and be motivated by working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Requirement to be based in London and willing to work in office when required.
