The Role

We’re looking for an experienced growth/consumer marketer to establish Superduper’s brands & their product offerings in-market. You’ll chiefly be responsible for building story-focused marketing strategies, and driving forward campaigns with incredible attention to detail as we build out the future of entertainment.


In the first 12 months you will:

Craft end-to-end consumer marketing narratives & campaigns to launch & establish our multi-million $ products in the market (across entertainment, gaming, fashion & web3 infrastructure/coin).

You’ll be responsible for their ideation & execution across the full funnel of touch-points incl. social, website, content, PR & discord. Success will be measured by the successful market adoption of each launched product.

Establish our Brand(s) across the digital landscape by developing & supporting the execution of story-driven marketing campaigns. Success will be measured by your ability to increase relevance, understanding, and desirability from ‘web3’ audience (core) and ‘web2.5’ (secondary).

Drive authority and credibility across our core brand & product pillars by supporting the development & execution of our content calendar. Success will be measured by your ability to increase our footprint and share of mentions/conversations across the verticals we want to be known for (entertainment, gaming, fashion & web3 infrastructure/coin).

Write and/or oversee on-brand & on-demo copy for managed campaigns across multiple mediums including socials, web, content (PR & hosted) & discord, optimizing for improved performance and brand feel based off consumer feedback and content analytics.

Oversee and manage the asset creation process of campaign materials to ensure brand alignment, error-free production, and effective storytelling with the goal of driving conversion.

Proactively identify & monitor core marketing KPIs that assess the impact of our marketing efforts, and report internally to key stakeholders.


Desired background / experience

  • Experience with Web3 audiences/communities & marketing approaches

  • Senior-level Consumer/Product Marketer, responsible for bringing multi-million $ products to market

  • Full-stack Marketer: directly managed full-campaign delivery from strategy to execution

  • Experience leveraging multiple-channels in campaigns and understanding of channel incrementally to guide decision making

  • Solid understanding of social channel best practices (Twitter core focus)

  • Experience writing stories & long-form editorial content

  • Experience working in a start-up environment: ability to lead through ambiguity, navigate complexity, work autonomously and multi-task in an agile environment

  • High EQ and natural curiosity to learn new industries, technologies, products and verticals

  • Insights-driven approach; naturally use qualitative & quantitate feedback loops to iterate marketing strategies

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and program management skills, and ability to partner cross-functionally with partners at all levels


  • Requirement to be based in London and willing to work in office (Soho)
