What is Superduper

Superduper is a web3 technology company. We launched 4 months ago in the fast-paced and ever evolving NFT space, hitting the top 25 of all time in volume with well-known holders such as Steve Aoki, Brooklyn Beckham, Jaden Smith, Faze Banks. It is now on a mission to invest in and build technology / experiences to onboard the first billion users into web3 - Focusing on NFT’s, web3 infrastructure & IP creation. 

The business is well capitalised and has extremely ambitious product and company growth goals over the next 12 months. You will be joining at a key time as the company prepares for its next phase of hyper growth. Working closely with the founders will give you an opportunity to shape and grow a company, defining ways of working, culture, new revenue streams and excellent business principles. 

The Role

We are looking for a Community Manager to work across the Superduper ecosystem. Growing and maintaining web3 communities across online and IRL community building. You will be the ultimate advocate for our user base, driving engagement and community experiences through a multichannel approach. You should be comfortable with creative community building tactics, and using data to drive decision making. You are the first point of call for the community, the eyes and ears for superduper and the advocate for experience across all community channels.


  • Take lead across one or multiple communities within the Superduper ecosystem. Working strategically and tactically to build sustainable communities at scale. 

  • Lead community engagement in Discord, Reddit, & Twitter, ensuring Superduper’s NFT communities foster strong values, high engagement and excitement for the brands

  • Organise and manage teams of passionate moderators who will help drive and coordinate community experiences

  • Work closely with the social lead to ensure on-brand creation and delivery of assets in line with community activations and product launches

  • Establish and drive the day to day “rhythm” of the community, ensuring high quality experiences at every community touch point

  • Ideate and implement community engagement strategies

  • Respond to customer requests and complaints and communicate these to the management team


  • Knowledgeable of the web3 space, and experience within NFT communities

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced or start-up environment

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a customer centric approach

  • 3+ years of experience building community across socials channels. Ideally experience building web3 communities 

  • Ideally, but not required, to have demonstrated a recent successful experience leading and developing Discord and Twitter communities

  • Strong track record of success growing online communities from scratch, measured against monthly and quarterly goals

  • Wit, creativity, the ability to positively impact online communities

  • Ability to successfully collaborate with different teams on projects, prioritizing tight timelines

  • Requirement to be based in London and willing to work in office when required
