Spellbound is reinventing the future of email. We’re building a no-code platform that helps brands create interactive, functional user experiences embedded inside their marketing emails (👉 demo).

About the role

We’re hiring a marketing/business generalist to work with our incredible cohort of top e-commerce brands (like Recess, Feastables, Goodlife Clothing, immi, Kaja Beauty, Aura Bora, etc) to help them implement new, innovative interactive emails. You’ll understand our brands needs and ideate new use cases for interactive emails, use & help them use the Spellbound platform to design & implement them, and influence our product roadmap to better serve our brands. You’ll also help scale our customer relations, improve our onboarding experience, and craft our external narrative.

This will likely grow into an external-facing leadership role as the team expands and we work with more brands, to encompass building out initial strategy & execution of agency partnerships, tech partnerships, sales & marketing work, etc.

About you

  • B.S. in a business-related degree

  • 2+ years of experience in growth/marketing/biz dev role

  • Passionate about increasing adoption of interactive email

  • Detail-oriented and organized, experience with building out well-documented operational processes

  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal

  • Excellent organization skills & punctuality
