Solidec Inc. is a climate tech startup based in Houston, Texas, born out of Rice University. We are transforming the chemical industry by making chemicals from only water and air, anywhere in the world. Chemicals today are made using fossil feedstocks and fossil energy, and they account for over 40% of industrial carbon emissions. With our breakthrough technology, it is our mission to reverse decades of emissions and generate carbon-neutral chemicals for years to come.
