What we can offer you:

· A generous salary ranging between £35,000-£50,000 per year [dependent on experience] + monthly commission. OTE of an additional £40,000 per year [minimum]

What makes the position of Sales Executive so interesting?

As Account Executive, you are the key driver in acquiring and signing up new customers.

In order to realise this, you need to:

· Target and attract new customers and achieve targets

· Advise companies on their hiring and/or business strategies and be a sparring partner in the customers’ decision-making process.

· Creative in showing and demonstrating how our unique technology works to solve customers’ attraction and recruitment issues.

You will be a part of our driven Sales team and work closely together with the Customer Success Managers.

Who are we looking for?

· 1+ years experience of B2B sales from either a job board, recruitment, directory or classified background

· Do you like working in a scale-up environment?

· Do you thrive in exceeding performance targets?

· Do you have a solid track record of success in a similar position within a recruitment/advertising environment?
