SIXGEN would like to add an ambitious, dedicated, and self-motivated Collection Data Manager to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of collection systems

• Identify problems, and assist with collection management by analyzing collection-related information to identify problems

• Generate Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), review risk and risk mitigation activities in support of Collection system deployment

• Support SIGINT Operations to identify appropriate collection access points, collection methods, and plans to exploit target networks

• Research collection requirements using databases and other resources

• Coordinate resources to meet collection requirements and act as the POC to customer organizations for upgrades and installation of new collection systems

• Recommend solutions to the Government by reviewing technical reports and capability documents

• Gather, enter, and update data to maintain Mission departmental records, files, and databases

 
Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance + Polygraph

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

• 10 Years' Experience in/with:

  • SIGINT Operations

  • SIGINT collection

  • Analysis or management or oversight of these activities

  • Conducting requirements analysis

  • Resource allocation

  • Project costing

  • Deliverable tracking

  • Schedule and financial data monitoring

  • Reporting
