Job Description:

Sequin is currently seeking an experienced generalist senior software engineer with experience in cloud,full stack web, & realtime rendering engines, and developer operations. The ideal candidate will be a technical lead and self starter working directly with the VP of Engineering on building our Hydrogen platform which will enable content creators to deploy their worlds to the web.

Qualifications (Candidate must possess many of the following but not all)

• 3-5 years of experience with AWS Lambda,S3,ECS,RDS,Cloud Formation,API Gateway

• Experience building scalable cloud based architectures

• Front end web technology stack such as VueJS and/or React.

• SQL databases such as Postgres

• NodeJS

• Websockets

• WebRTC

• C++ development experience with Unreal Engine

• Developer operation workflows with Team City, Jenkins, or similar

Other

• Proactive problem solver, finds issues or problems in existing systems and is able to come up with solutions.

• Technical lead experience who enjoys helping mentor and grow other members of the team but also loves to code

• Must enjoy working remotely!

• 5-10 years of software development experience overall

• Experience with Git & Jira

• Stable high speed internet connection
