Job Summary

As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Your pathway to success starts by positively impacting the direction of a fast-growing team with vision and passion. The key to your success is to dive into stakeholder and user feedback and embrace validation and iteration.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, marketing database, email and social media campaigns.

  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence across all social platforms.

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against internal goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Identify trends and insights.

  • Create new and creative growth strategies.

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

Requirements:

  • Proven 3 years working experience in digital marketing

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple social channels

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented and a critical thinker

  • Proactive in making decisions 

  • Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, marketing database, email, and social media campaigns

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools

  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Benefits:

  • Work from anywhere (but needs to work PST timezone).

  • This position is a contract role.

  • Minimum one-year term.

  • Full-time (40 hours per week).
