Renjoy manages 200+ vacation rental properties across Colorado Springs and Woodland Park — and we're scaling fast. We're not a cleaning company. We're a hospitality company, inspired by Will Guidara's Unreasonable Hospitality. Your work is the last thing that happens before a guest walks through the door, and it's the single biggest driver of our reviews. We treat this role accordingly.

Pay & Schedule

💰 $18–19/hour, based on experience and reliability

🕒 Cleaning shifts are between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM, 7 days a week

⏱️ Each shift is typically 5–6 hours

📌 Sunday availability is mandatory — it's when everyone checks out from their weekend trip!

If you're looking for part-time work, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays are where we need the most help.

What You'll Do

Walk into vacation homes after guests check out — sometimes tidy, sometimes not — and reset them completely before the next guests arrive. You'll follow detailed checklists, deep clean kitchens and bathrooms, change all linens, make beds, restock supplies, and flag anything that needs maintenance through our app. Every home has to be guest-ready by 4:00 PM.

Some stays get a small personal touch — a coloring book left out for a family with kids, a trail guide for an active couple. We supply the items and flag the opportunity. You execute it. It takes two minutes and it's the kind of thing guests remember.

What We're Looking For

You work hard and move with purpose. You don't need someone standing over your shoulder — you own your checklist and your standard. When something looks off, you report it. When a home is trashed, you reset it with the same energy as an easy turn.

You also:

• Are physically up for the work — stairs, lifting, on your feet all shift

• Have your own reliable vehicle — properties span Colorado Springs and Woodland Park

• Are comfortable using a smartphone app for tasks and communication

• Can commit to a consistent weekly schedule, Sundays required

• Take pride in a clean that actually looks and feels clean
