⚡️What we're looking for

As our Outdoorly Online Marketplace Manager you’ll be the heart and soul of our pro-deal platform. This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into the outdoor industry or expand their experience in e-commerce and digital marketing. As the Online Marketplace Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our online presence, executing email marketing campaigns, overseeing inventory and product management, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

We work with hundreds of expert organizations like POWDR Resorts, The American Mountain Guide Association (AMGA), and the Professional Ski Instructors Association (PSIA). 

Our client partners include Mammut, Supergoop, RXBAR, Klean Kanteen, Liberty Skis, and 100+ others.

📓Responsibilities

• Marketplace Management: Oversee our outdoor pro marketplace. This involves onboarding new brands, creating and refining product listings, managing inventory levels, and ensuring accurate product information and pricing. 

• Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeted at our expert community. Craft compelling content to engage our audience, promote products, and drive sales. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.

• Brand and Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with our brand partners and clients. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, and proactively address any issues to uphold client satisfaction. 

• Customer Service: Monitor customer feedback and inquiries. Respond promptly and professionally to address concerns, provide product information, and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance metrics related to marketplace sales, email marketing campaigns, and customer interactions. Use data insights to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall performance and customer engagement.

🛠Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related roles (internships or academic projects in these areas also considered).

• Passion for the outdoor industry and eagerness to learn and grow within the field.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
