Why Próspera
Próspera is building a startup city: a place designed to make it easier to build businesses, communities, and real estate with a unique governance and regulatory framework. (Próspera)
Our real estate footprint spans residential and commercial opportunities inside an emerging, highly visible community on Roatán. (Prospera Real Estate)
About the role
We’re building a serious sales office and need a Real Estate Marketing Director to own brand and growth end-to-end. This is a hands-on, on-the-ground role: strategy + execution. You’ll create the story, produce the content, ship the materials, and drive measurable demand.
If you’re looking for a pure “manager of vendors” job, this is not it. You will personally produce a meaningful share of the output (especially early).
What you’ll own
Brand and positioning
Define and evolve the Próspera Real Estate brand voice, visual direction, and templates
Turn “startup city + destination real estate” into clear, compelling narratives for global buyers, residents, and investors
Build a repeatable playbook for launching and marketing new developments
Content engine and distribution
Build from zero across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn
Create a content calendar and production workflow that stays consistent (even when things get busy)
Produce property tours, lifestyle narratives, founder/agent-led content, construction updates, testimonials, and community stories
Collaborate with internal teams and external creators when needed, but own the bar for quality
SEO and inbound growth
Own on-site SEO foundations (structure, landing pages, keyword strategy, internal linking, lead capture)
Create “evergreen” pages and content that drive inbound inquiries over time
Track channel performance and iterate weekly (not quarterly)
Sales enablement and marketing materials
You’ll build a collateral system that makes selling easier and faster, including:
Listing one-pagers, flyers, signage, and digital ads
New development catalogs and pitch decks (plus updates as pricing/inventory changes)
Offering/investor-ready materials where relevant
Email templates, newsletters, and lead-nurture sequences
PR and earned media
Build relationships with creators, newsletters, podcasts, and press (real estate + startup + international)
Maintain a simple press kit and story bank (photos, b-roll, talking points, FAQs)
Own reputation management and rapid response across channels (lightweight, not political firefighting)
Analytics and performance
Build KPI tracking across the funnel: inbound leads, CPL (if running paid), conversion rates, and sales team feedback loops
Report weekly: what shipped, what worked, what didn’t, and what you’re testing next
Success in the first 90 days
Brand kit + templates shipped (so the whole team can produce consistently)
Baseline content cadence established across key channels
Sales collateral library built for active inventory + at least one flagship new development package
SEO foundations in place and early inbound traction visible
A clear “engine”: repeatable formats + distribution channels that compound
Required qualifications
4+ years in brand/content/digital marketing with a portfolio that shows real taste and execution
Strong hands-on skills: photo/video capture, editing, copywriting, and layout/design (Adobe / Figma / Canva or equivalent)
Proven ability to grow channels or campaigns with metrics to show it
Comfortable owning the full stack: strategy → production → distribution → measurement
