As we continue our trajectory of rapid growth and expansion, we are seeking a Chief of Staff to act as the CEO's right hand, ensuring the execution and operationalization of the CEO's strategic vision.
Job Description:
The Chief of Staff to the CEO will play a critical role in enhancing the effectiveness of our CEO and, by extension, our organization. This position encompasses a mix of strategic planning, project management, and operational oversight. You will act as an extension of the CEO, spearheading key initiatives, facilitating communication and decision-making processes, and ensuring the alignment of strategic goals across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, providing insights and analysis on organizational operations, strategic initiatives, and business opportunities.
Oversee the execution of critical projects and initiatives directly stemming from the CEO's office, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
Facilitate communication between the CEO and other executives, stakeholders, and external partners, acting as a liaison to streamline information flow and decision-making processes.
Manage the CEO's agenda, prioritizing engagements and commitments to ensure optimal use of time and resources towards strategic objectives.
Coordinate with various department heads and teams across the organization to ensure alignment with the CEO's vision and company-wide strategic goals.
Lead the preparation and follow-up for high-level meetings, including setting agendas, coordinating presentations, and ensuring actionable outcomes.
Spearhead special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO, ranging from operational improvements to strategic partnerships and beyond.
Analyze operational data and reports to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas requiring intervention or support.
Assist in the development and communication of company policies, procedures, and culture initiatives emanating from the CEO's office.
Qualifications:
Must be willing to live in Roatan (not remote)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a strategic role, such as management consulting, strategic planning, or a similar field. Experience in a start-up or high-growth environment is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams with a track record of successful outcomes.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong business acumen.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to navigate diverse stakeholder groups and foster collaboration.
Highly organized, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion and confidentiality are paramount, given the exposure to sensitive information and strategic decisions.
