Practice is a boutique brand-building studio based in New York City, led by founder and creative director Michelle Mattar. We work with clients across wellness, design, and culture to create thoughtful, human brands - and we’re looking for a part-time Executive Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly.
About the Role
The Executive Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for the founder and team. The role is primarily remote, with occasional on-site support in NYC (we’re open to fully remote candidates and can discuss how best to handle in-person needs).
This position is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented — perfect for stay-at-home parents or anyone seeking flexible hours with consistent, meaningful work.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support for the agency
Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Assist with internal projects and communications
Support logistics for team events and client productions
Help maintain systems and organization across operations
Post to social media and owned channels
Requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Comfort working remotely with a small, creative team
Experience in an assistant, coordinator, or operational support role preferred (but not required — we’ll train you)
