About Practice
Practice is a boutique brand-building studio based in New York City, led by founder and creative director Michelle Mattar. We work with clients across wellness, design, and culture to create thoughtful, human brands - and we’re looking for a part-time Executive Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly.

About the Role
The Executive Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for the founder and team. The role is primarily remote, with occasional on-site support in NYC (we’re open to fully remote candidates and can discuss how best to handle in-person needs).

This position is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented — perfect for stay-at-home parents or anyone seeking flexible hours with consistent, meaningful work.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support for the agency

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination

  • Assist with internal projects and communications

  • Support logistics for team events and client productions

  • Help maintain systems and organization across operations

  • Post to social media and owned channels

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

  • Comfort working remotely with a small, creative team

  • Experience in an assistant, coordinator, or operational support role preferred (but not required — we’ll train you)

Remote restrictions

  • Workday must overlap by at least 4 hours with New York, NY, USA
