About The Role

At POSH, community is at the heart of our product. As Community Program Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to bring new organizers into our ecosystem and create in-person experiences to further foster community among our organizers. Reporting to the Head of Community, this is an opportunity to drive massive impact in POSH’s growth and retention strategy, working cross-functionally with Sales, Success, Product, and Marketing. We’re looking for someone who is excited about developing strong relationships with event organizers and bringing like-minded people together through community-oriented programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development: Develop and build strong relationships with our referral partners. Own the end-to-end experience, from developing terms, executing partnership agreements, onboarding new partners, and ensuring partner success in the program.

  • Expansion: Identify new referral partners in verticals and markets we are looking to expand into.

  • Rewards & Recognition: Develop a rewards and recognition program to provide partners with ownership of their portion of the community, motivating them to become more active.

  • Metrics & Reporting: Measure and report on the effectiveness of community and event strategies, using data to drive improvements and demonstrate ROI.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A minimum of 3+ years in a community program management role at growth or later-stage consumer and/or marketplace startups, with an emphasis in partnership development

  • You have a deep understanding of revenue structures and incentives to successfully scale partner programs

  • You bias toward action and operate with ambition, creating repeatable processes that help our team do the same

  • You love running the day-to-day operations — often multiple work streams simultaneously — while keeping an eye on the larger prize, and are always seeking to turn ambiguity into clarity

  • You’re great at reading both people and rooms, and can adapt your operating style situationally

  • You have experience with Slack, Notion, Airtable, & GDrive

Salary: $100,000-$120,000

Equity: $50,000 vested over 4 years, 1-year cliff

This is an in-office role Monday-Thursday. Friday is optionally remote companywide.

Relocation bonuses are available for out-of-state candidates.
