Position Overview: JTI Hellas is looking for a CRM Associate to enhance their online engagement strategies and optimize their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives. This role is pivotal in integrating digital marketing efforts with customer data insights to drive retention, loyalty, and overall customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be instrumental in leveraging digital technologies to create personalized customer experiences across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty across digital platforms, focusing on creating a seamless, personalized customer journey.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and digital partners to align CRM objectives with broader business goals, ensuring a consistent and engaging customer journey across all touchpoints.

  • Utilize data analytics to monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of CRM activities, leveraging insights to optimize future campaigns and strategies.

  • Manage relationships with global CRM technology teams to ensure the company’s CRM ecosystem is robust and supports strategic marketing objectives.

  • Work closely with marketing and brand teams to integrate CRM insights into digital marketing campaigns, optimizing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Lead the design and execution of targeted marketing campaigns via email, SMS, social media, and other digital channels, ensuring content is personalized and relevant to different customer segments.

  • Execute A/B testing for campaigns across different channels to identify the most effective strategies and tactics for engaging customers and driving conversions.

  • Monitor and optimize the performance of CRM campaigns in real-time, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve key performance indicators and marketing goals.

  • Collaborate with the analytics team to develop and refine segmentation strategies, ensuring marketing messages are tailored and delivered to the right audience at the optimal time.

  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws, maintaining the highest standards of customer data security and privacy in all CRM activities.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong emphasis on CRM and Loyalty Program Management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce principles, CRM technologies, and related tools.

  • Recent certifications in Digital Marketing and CRM will be considered a strong plus.

  • Experience with Adobe CRM Platform will be considered a strong plus.

  • Proficiency in web and customer analytics.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

  • Creativity and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Fluent in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
