Position Overview: Pixelocracy is looking for a Digital Associate who will join the dynamic team of JTI in Greece and will play a vital role elevating their online presence, by fostering strategic collaborations with the company’s digital partners and ensuring customer retention via their Loyalty program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with third party digital platforms (ePartners) to ensure the optimal presence of JTI products and their commercial performance.

  • Collaborate closely with digital partners to conceptualize, create and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns on website, CRM and Social Media.

  • Ensure the seamless operation and effectiveness of the Loyalty program, by overseeing its performance on all business and technical aspects.

  • Collaborate with internal Brand and CRM teams to design and execute effective customer retention and Loyalty campaigns.

  • Analyze and report performance, both of JTI products on third-party platforms but also of customer satisfaction and retention on the Loyalty Platform.

  • Propose and implement improvements to effectively improve the performance of all relevant metrics of third-party collaborations and the Loyalty Platform.



  • 1-2 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, with an ideal focus on Loyalty Program Management

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field

  • Recent certifications on Digital Marketing, CRM and/or Loyalty Program Management will be considered a strong plus

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce principles and related tools

  • Proficiency in web and customer analytics

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

  • Creativity and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Fluent in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
