Position Overview: Pixelocracy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented eCommerce Operations Associate to join the dynamic team of JTI in Greece. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing the online sales and ensuring seamless operations of JTI’s eCommerce platform.

Employment type: 1-year contract with possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate operations partners and 3rd party logistics providers to manage the day-to-day operations of Last Mile eCommerce services.

  • Collaborate with logistics partners and customer care teams to address any operational challenges and implement solutions.

  • Design and improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues eCommerce related issues faster.

  • Develop comprehensive guidebooks detailing operational processes for Last Mile, e-commerce support and deliver proper training to ensure clear understanding and proper execution.

  • Liaise with various departments to resolve ecommerce related customer issues and ensure a seamless experience.

  • Manage the relationship between JTI global digital teams with local operations partners, such as third-party logistics providers, fulfilment centers and more.

  • Monitor eCommerce website performance and liaise with global teams to troubleshoot technical issues, as needed.

  • Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing to validate bug resolution, new eCommerce enhancements and new integrations.



  • 1-2 years of proven experience in eCommerce operations, with a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and technologies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Management of Technology, Information Technology or related field.

  • Proficiency in using eCommerce management tools, data analytics, and web technologies.

  • Technical acumen, including experience with web development, CMS (Content Management Systems), and UX/UI principles.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Fluent in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
