Introduction

We welcome you to join Pixelocracy!

We believe in creating software products through a human-centric, partnership-based approach, all across the aisle. From the team and our network all the way to our clients.

We advocate for a workplace consisting of people with a personal drive for progress, as well as a workplace that enforces and maintains a strong sense of self-management, ownership and accountability, traits which we practice and cultivate almost on a daily basis.

We are first and foremost a team of professionals working together to improve both our lives and our industry. As part of your onboarding process, the team and leadership will thoroughly help, guide and coach you along these pillars.

We hope to one day help spread the word that technology and software engineering are far better when it’s all about the humans behind them.
