You will be joining us on a number of top-notch projects. Your role will include:
Leading project deliveries, and coordinating the project members towards the delivery goals.
Presenting ideas, concepts and alternative solutions bringing added value.
Performing detailed project & quality planning based on best practices (e.g. PM2).
Facilitating workshops and participate on selected analysis & architecture meetings.
Participating in functional working groups and progress meetings.
Monitoring costs, timeplans and resources
Evaluating and approving deliverables from team members.
Communicate with all project stakeholders during the lifecycle of a project.
Work in close cooperation with the development teams in order to perform planned activities.
Report on the project performance to selected internal and external stakeholders.
Establish strong and trusted relationships with the customers.
Work closely with the project support officers during the delivery of the project.
At least 2 years in project management.
A total of at least 5 years in roles involving software development.
Experience on managing complex software projects.
Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, SCRUM, Agile, etc.)
Leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
High analytical skills, ability to understand the project scope and to communicate with the various project roles (e.g. developers, architects, etc.).
Good use of the English language.
Ability to analyze complex information and generate documentation artifacts.
