We are looking for an Associate Engineering Manager to help us manage the technical aspects of major (not just internally) products, with technology stacks focused mainly on Python, React/Vue and AWS. You'll also work directly with our Director of Services and General Manager of the company.

As an Associate Engineering Manager you will:
Manage product pipelines, task priorities and dependencies
Lead the engineering team, including our engineering contractors
Translate requirements into specifications and user stories (features)
Make technical decisions
Monitor and review code and code quality standards
Coordinate with the delivery team on backlog management, project milestones and budget monitoring
Coordinate with the creative team on assets, deliverables and guidelines
Enforce and maintain product documentation
Lead communications with clients on technical aspects
At least 2 years experience as part of a software engineering team
Git and CI/CD processes
Task management software (ex. Jira)
Cloud infrastructure (ex. AWS) - we also offer certifications with Amazon
Documentation tools (ex. OpenAPI, Redoc, Swagger)
Analysis, design, development and testing of software solutions
Frameworks, libraries and tools (ex. Django, React, npm, Docker)
