We are looking for a passionate and motivated Motion Design Intern to join PHASE. This role will work together with experienced designers to support the design and development of our products.

Duration:

• Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week for at least 3 months.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, animations, and multimedia content

• Assist in developing and implementing design concepts, guidelines, and strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into engaging and innovative designs.

• Create and edit videos, animations, and interactive media to enhance the user experience

• Support in the production of marketing materials, presentations, and other design collateral

• Assist in maintaining and organizing design assets, ensuring consistency across various platforms and mediums

Requirements:

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Lottie.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both English and Chinese.

• Portfolio showcasing previous design or motion design work.

• Strong passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

• Curiosity and interest in product design, with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

• Must be available for in-person discussions at the office as needed while we work semi-remotely.
