Our product includes role-based text chat, video consulting, appointment booking, push notification campaigns, and digital payments.

Job Description

To expand on these efforts We are looking for an Executive Administrator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including providing support to and working closely with our finance and marketing managers. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools such as Excel and Notion. Experience of using a CRM/Growth Platform like Hubspot is ideal but not essential. As an Executive Administrator, you will:

  • Managing the daily schedules and calendars of company executives

  • Be POC between executives and internal/external stakeholders

  • Maintain appropriate documentation 

  • Keep record of priority tasks

  • Provide general administrative support to company leads

  • Assist with the new start, employee onboarding process

  • Update and maintain policy documentation

  • Help with the documentation of budgets

  • Relay invoices back to accounts

  • Assist with the booking and set up of events

  • Book staff travel

  • Schedule content

Qualifications 

  • Proven experience of working within an admin role

  • Able to record and document minutes of meetings

  • A demonstrated ability to use Excel and Notion

  • A strong understanding of numbers 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks 

  • Good attention to detail
